Accommodations: You can choose to stay in the charming apartment villas or in a suite at the International Hotel. The International Hotel offers three floors of suites served by elevators and designed to get the best of solar orientation and natural ventilation while guaranteeing your privacy. Adjusting to the natural slope of the terrain, in an independent two-story building just below the residential units, the social area with its multi-level decks reaching to the sea was designed to promote a convivial atmosphere for people like yourself, who settle for nothing less than the best. The suites, with 1 or 2 bedrooms, range from 60 m² a 280 m², and are fitted with two single or one double bed per bedroom, built-in wardrobes, whirlpool bath, kitchen, microwave oven, cable TV and radio. And what's more, they all have a spectacular view of Santinho Beach.
The charming villas of the resort were inspired by elements of Portuguese fortresses built along the Brazilian coast from the century onwards. They offer standard apartments and superior apartments from 1 to 4 bedrooms and from 48m2 to 206m2 in total size. The first class apartments have a balcony, kitchen and garage and is furnished with beds, built-in closets, air-conditioning, safe, cable TV and sound system. The standard apartments are more simple hotel units equipped with a small refrigerator, air conditioning Cable TV and ambiente music.

Restaurants and Bars: The complex has six world class restaurants, each with a view of the sea. Nossa Senhora das Ondas -With a panoramic view of the Santinho Beach, this restaurant offers international buffet and à la carte services to guests and the general public. Opens daily for breakfast (7:00 to 10:30), lunch (12:00 to 3:00) and dinner (8:00 to 11:00). Capacity: 350 people.
Rancho do Pescador - Located by the sea, this agreeable restaurant specializes in appetizers and sea food. Serves guests and the general public. Open daily from 10:00am to 6:00pm (until 11:00pm in summer) Capacity: 80 people.
Santinho Grill- Serves grilled meats and complete barbecues. Operates daily during the summer from 12:00 to 3:30 and during long weekends in the off-season. Capacity: 80 people.
Restaurante Açores - Caters exclusively to participants of events. Capacity: 350 people. During the Summer season this restaurant is transformed into a beer hall (Cervejaria Costão) offering theater and dance performances and live music .
Restaurante Nossa Senhora da Vitória - The newest gastronomical space of the Resort can seat 60 people and offers French cuisine à la carte. The bistro-like décor mixes elements of the local culture, black and white photos of fortresses around Santa Catarina Island, and pastel shaded furniture. In the background, the illuminated Santinho Beach gives a romantic touch to the ambiance. Operates daily from 12:00 pm onwards for lunch, and from 8:00pm onwards for dinner. Trattoria di Maré- Located on the upper floor of the Nossa Senhora das Ondas restaurant, the Trattoria offers à la carte services for guests and the general public. Open daily during the summer from 8:00pm to 11:00pm. Capacity: 110 people.
Pool Bar - Fast food and snacks, open daily from 11 AM until midnight.
Drink Bar Carijó - The ideal venue for a Happy Hour. Serves exclusive cocktails and Brazilian and imported spirits and imported wines and fine champagne. Open daily from 7:00pm to 12:00pm.
Bar do Centro Esportivo (Sports Center Bar) - At the Sports Complex has snacks and drinks. It is open daily from 9:00am to 8:00pm.

Leisure and Services: A motivated team of young instructors guarantee fun and entertainment for children above the age of four, and for adults with sports and artistic activities both indoors and outdoors. These activities include scavenger hunts, picnics, thematic dinner parties, puppet theater, games, painting workshops, involving guests and apartment owners. The fun goes on even after the sun goes down. The evenings are filled with theater presentations created and played by the children, luau, karaoke, videoke and bingo. Children between 0 and 6 can count with a baby sitter service and the Costão Kids, a room equipped with modern toys. Activities include tennis, soccer , lawn bowling, paddle , volleyball contests, hiking, hydrogymnastics classes, aerobic dance, horseback riding and sandboarding. The resort also offers classes in surfing, sailing, scuba diving and windsurfing. Guests can rent kayaks and speed boats and schedule fishing trips from several locations on the island. The fitness center offers heated pools with whirlpool, weight-lifting equipment, treadmills, stationary bicycles, dry and steam saunas, therapeutic and relaxing massages, showers, and a pleasant bar where snacks, coffee, juice and cocktails are served. The hotel has three pools - two for adults, one for children. There is another swimming pool by Villa 10 and two thermal pools in the Fitness Center and other in the Spa.
