My sister and I had booked two airline tickets to Brazil through Sabrina. Not only was Sabrina efficient and professional, she made sure all of our needs were met without delay. Unfortunately, our father suddenly past away a month prior to our scheduled trip. With the funeral and other unforeseen costs, we were forced to cancel our trip.
