I have worked with Sabrina on my many trips to Brazil. The most valuable part of working with her is that if something goes wrong, which sometimes they do, she is there. Delta Airlines made a mistake on my inner Brazil ticket and therefore I did not have a flight to get out the night I wanted to leave. I was pretty nervous but calmly I called Sabrina. She took over. I spent the night in a hotel, followed her instructions, got back to the US right in time for my business meeting and she even got me a first class upgrade due to Delta's mistake. The key with Sabrina is that she is there and she is a huge advocate for you even with you calling via skpe from an aiport in Salvador Brazil.
